Beyond the classroom, the consulting arm of Leary Communications provides everything that falls under the umbrella of executive coaching. The range is from preparing senior executives and subject matter experts for major speeches to rehearsing teams for new business presentations or mediation hearings. This can include everything from editing visual aids and exhibits to handing off questions in a panel discussion and simulating hostile cross examination in a courtroom setting. Leary Communications is also affiliated with a number of other business consulting firms specializing in business writing, competency assessment and measurement, management coaching and new hire interviewing. All of our coaching, consulting and training has a specific goal: that you and your team show that you are prepared and professional as you work with colleagues and clients.
